Function and Common Faults of Autogas Injector Rail

Jul 02, 2026 Leave a message

Injector rail is the key fuel injection component of sequential gas systems. Different from traditional single-point gas systems, sequential injector rails can spray gas accurately according to each cylinder's working sequence. It ensures stable engine idle, stronger power and no fault code. As a wearing part, injector rail is easy to be blocked by impurities in gas. Common problems include jittery idle, slow acceleration and gas leakage. Regularly replacing filter elements and cleaning the nozzle can effectively avoid failure. Injector rails for 4-cylinder, 6-cylinder and 8-cylinder engines are the most popular models in overseas markets.
