Many common complaints from CNG vehicle users can be solved by checking spare parts and calibration.

Engine shakes when switching to gas mode: Mostly caused by aging gas injectors, unstable reducer pressure or incorrect ECU calibration.

Check engine light turns on under gas: Usually related to oxygen signal mismatch, gas leakage or blocked filter.

Gas pressure drops quickly: Check pipeline joints for leakage or damaged pressure gauge.

Cannot switch to gas: Verify pressure sensor signal and changeover switch wiring.

Always perform soap water leak test after repair. We suggest installers inspect consumable parts such as filters and injectors during routine maintenance.
