The high-pressure solenoid valve inside an automobile is a type of solenoid valve used to control hydraulic flow and is widely used in automotive hydraulic control systems. Its basic structure consists of two parts: an electromagnet and a valve body. The opening and closing of the fluid passage is controlled by the electromagnet, thereby regulating pressure or flow. This article will mainly introduce the working principle and application of the high-pressure solenoid valve inside an automobile.
The working principle of the high-pressure solenoid valve inside an automobile is relatively simple; its core is the electromagnet. When the electromagnet is electromagnetically excited, it generates a certain magnetic field, changing the position of the valve core and thus altering the fluid flow. Specifically, under normal operating conditions, the solenoid valve passage is closed, pressurized oil cannot flow into the working cylinder/electrohydraulic converter, and the working cylinder cannot operate. When the electromagnetic excitation disappears, the spring returns, the passage opens, pressurized oil flows into the working cylinder/electrohydraulic converter, and the working cylinder begins to operate.
